ग्रामपंचायतीच्या विविध योजना, अनुदाने आणि लाभ मिळवण्यासाठी नागरिकांना कोणत्या पात्रता अटी लागतात आणि अर्ज कसा करायचा याची स्पष्ट माहिती देणे.

अर्ज प्रक्रिया (Application Process)

1. योजना निवडा:

   नागरिकांनी प्रथम आपल्या गरजेनुसार योजना निवडावी (उदा. घरकुल योजना, जलसंवर्धन योजना, रोजगार हमी इ.).

2. फॉर्म मिळवा:

   अर्ज फॉर्म ग्रामपंचायत कार्यालयातून किंवा अधिकृत वेबसाईटवरून डाउनलोड करता येतो.

3. अर्ज भरावा:

   आवश्यक कागदपत्रे जोडून अर्ज नीट भरावा.

4. सादर करणे:

   पूर्ण अर्ज ग्रामसेवक / संबंधित विभागाकडे सादर करावा.

5. तपासणी प्रक्रिया:

   अर्जाची छाननी केल्यानंतर पात्र लाभार्थ्यांची यादी प्रसिद्ध केली जाईल.

6. अनुदान वितरण:

   पात्र उमेदवारांना योजना लाभाचा थेट लाभ देण्यात येईल (बँक ट्रान्सफर / प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूपात).

• उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र
• बँक पासबुक प्रत
• जातीचा दाखला (लागू असल्यास)

• संबंधित योजनेनुसार अतिरिक्त कागदपत्रे

पात्रता निकष (Eligibility Criteria)

• अर्जदार डेमोगाव (Demogaon) गावातील कायम रहिवासी असावा.
• अर्जदाराचे वय संबंधित योजनेच्या नियमानुसार असावे.
• उत्पन्न मर्यादा (जर लागू असेल) शासन नियमांनुसार असावी.
• कोणत्याही इतर योजनेचा लाभ आधी घेतलेला नसावा (जर अटीत दिलेले असेल).
