परिचय

स्थापना: डेमोगावची स्थापना अंदाजे १७५० साली झाली असे सांगितले जाते. सुरुवातीला काही शेतकरी कुटुंबांनी येथे स्थायिक होऊन गावाची उभारणी केली.

ब्रिटिश काळातील नोंदी: डेमोगाव हे तत्कालीन उस्मानाबाद प्रांताच्या हद्दीत होते आणि ब्रिटिश काळातील महसूल नोंदींमध्ये या गावाचा उल्लेख “Demgaon” असा आढळतो.

स्वातंत्र्यलढा काळ: स्वातंत्र्य चळवळीत गावातील अनेक तरुणांनी भाग घेतला. गावातील “स्वातंत्र्यसैनिक नामफलक” आजही त्या काळाची आठवण करून देतो.

आधुनिक काळ: १९८० नंतर गावात शाळा, आरोग्य केंद्र, पाण्याचे टाकी बांधकाम, वीज आणि रस्ते सुविधा सुरू झाल्या. आज डेमोगाव डिजिटल ग्राम म्हणून विकसित होत आहे.
